Board &
Committee

The Board of Directors of Genius Sports Limited (“Genius”) meets at regularly scheduled meetings throughout the year. Members are expected to attend all meetings of the Board and of the Committees on which they serve.

Prior to each meeting, papers are circulated electronically to provide the directors ample time to prepare.
